30 minutes. No cost, no pitch. We look at what's actually on your plate and whether my way of working fits.

The right shape

I propose the format — one session, a five-session program, ongoing — based on what you actually need, not what's standardized.

The work itself

Remote, in English or Spanish, with asynchronous access between sessions when the format calls for it.

Who I Am

A practitioner who knows both sides of the table.

I've spent 18+ years inside strategy and transformation roles in finance and tech across LatAm, Europe and Asia. I know what it costs to make a decision at the level you're operating. My training as an organizational psychologist means I can also work with what that decision is doing to you — without losing the business context where it's playing out. Most coaches give you one side. I work with both.
